产品简介:    本产品包含10种纯化的预染蛋白质组成,分子量范围为10kD-260kD,含有四种不同颜色,可以用于SDS-PAGE和Western Blot转膜时确定未知蛋白的分子量。
使用说明: a 第一次收到该产品,室温融化后,彻底混匀,离心快甩将溶液完全收集到管底,根据需要适量分装成小管,-20℃贮存,每次取一小管使用。 b-20℃取一管样品,彻底融化,上样量根据胶的厚度和梳子的宽度确定。一般说来,0.75mm×5mm(厚度×宽度)的加样孔上样10 μl,其他规格梳子请适当调整上样量。 c 电泳结束后,可以直接在胶上观察结果。 d 预染蛋白Marker在不同的凝胶系统中迁移率会有不同,因此只能用来粗略估计目的蛋白的大小。如要精确确定蛋白的大小,请在同一凝胶系统中用非预染蛋白Marker来标定预染蛋白Marker的分子量。 使用蛋白Marker产品发表部分文章列表: 1.
